LMG vacuum presses are built to surround the mold area in a vacuum to remove unwanted gases and trapped air that could result in voids in the molded part. The vacuum provides the user the ability to produce higher quality parts with a reduction in scrap rates. LMG vacuum presses feature heavy duty gib guided slab side construction. Hydraulically or pneumatically operated front and rear doors seal to create a vacuum during the molding process. The vacuum presses can be built to any size and tonnage requirement and with multiple daylights.

The press was built for producing rubber seals. The press and the self-contained hydraulic power pack have a very compact design to take up a minimum of floor space.
450 Ton Press

The front shuttle press was designed and built for producing void free rubber parts. The press and the self-contained hydraulic power pack have a very compact design to take up a minimum of floor space. This press uses a three plate mold. In operation, upon completion of the cycle the two bottom mold plates shuttle out of the press. Automation lifts the middle plate so the operator can remove the molded parts and load the material for the subsequent cycle.
